Who's who?

People are always saying how much they think Hanna and Haley look alike.  I don't think they look a ton alike.......but they definitely have a few similarities.  I looked back at some of Hanna's baby pictures and there a few that they look so much alike.  The similarities end there because their personalities are completely different.

I thought it would be fun to post some pictures of them at around the same age.  Poor Haley, I need to take more pictures of just her because Hanna is in a lot of them.  I vow to take more pictures of just Haley from this day forward.

Little Frankenstein

Haley has been walking a lot this week and I finally got some on video.  She cracks us up walking! She acts like she can't bend her knees and walks straight-legged.  Her stiff stride is a little reminiscent of Frankenstein.

A little snow

We woke up Saturday morning to a dusting of snow and I prayed that more snow would come.  I just wanted Hanna to be able to wear her snow gear at least once and possibly make a snow man.  As the day progressed a little more snow came and for sure enough to go out and play in.  It was so cold that we decided to wait and get out the next day after it warmed up a little.  On Sunday the sun came out and smiled a huge smile upon us and melted most of the snow so there wasn't much left by the time we got out.  The snow wasn't snow man worthy as it couldn't even be molded into a snowball.

Jason got out our old knee board and we used that as a sled. FAST!!!  You could use about anything and it would FLY down the steep hill that is our backyard.  As fun as it was, the treacherous death march back up the hill kept us from "sledding" more than a couple times. Hanna really enjoyed herself but was ready to go in after a few trips down.  I would say that's the last of the snow we will see this winter.  So, no snow man this year.  There's always next year!
